When the Baxter County Library was planning its new building, we wanted a VOIP telephone system that would be flexible enough to meet our needs both now and as we continue to grow. The staff at Telephone Connections was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending a system .

Our system, which was purchased from Telephone Connections and installed by them, includes an automated function that tells callers when we are closed, helps route callers appropriately, voice mail, paging and it interfaces with our security system to allow us to control entry at the staff and service entrances. It also will permit direct inward dialing, maximizing our telephone lines. In addition, they saved us money by programming the phone system to interface with our circulation software to make automated phone calls to notify our patrons that a requested item is available or remind them that they have an item that needs to be returned.
